If they make these basic errors, can you trust anything they say? I have a more than passing interest in entertainment law and copyright issues, because of my current work and wanted to recommend a <A HREF="http://www.michaelcdonaldson.com/" REL="nofollow"> book on copyright law</A> you would probably find useful, "Clearance and Copyright." It's written by Michael Donaldson, who's been fighting for independent filmmakers for more than 30 years. He has an amazing amount of knowledge about the film copyrighting industry -- and this book is an excellent reference tool. (It's the 3rd edition -- updated from earlier ones, obviously.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
