Judge Louis Stanton has ruled that summary judgment briefs in the
Viacom v. YouTube copyright suit must be unsealed within a few weeks of filing, rejecting a
proposal by YouTube that would have kept all of the papers out of public view until at least mid-June. Peter Kafka of All Things Digital
