Remix culture has spawned numerous fights over copyrighted content. But the line between fair use and infringement is often blurry. This panel presents real controversial video clips for the audience to judge. Copyright experts and artists will highlight key ingredients for fair use and survival tips for new media makers.

    Nice. There seems to be Bay Area over-representation on this panel, though. That's bad, right?
