Detour from Duluth?

I had assumed that the re-trial of accused p2p infringer Jammie Thomas (now Jammie Thomas-Rasset) would take place in Duluth, Minnesota -- just like the first trial.

But apparently not. An order issued today by Chief Judge Michael Davis indicates:

The trial shall commence on Monday, June 15, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and will be held in Courtroom 15E, United States Courthouse, 300 South Fourth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I hear the Radisson is pretty good...
