An unprecedented legal development?

A fake Twitter feed for an attorney in a copyright case.

I've seen Matt Oppenheim up close. He doesn't look like this. Even on a bad day.

  1. Yeah, I didn't buy it either. If Mr. Oppenheim were to use twitter, I doubt he would put a picture up like that. (Though I don't claim to know him personally)
