Judge Gertner has said there will be a post-trial proceeding to determine whether she will reduce the award as unconstitutional or otherwise excessive. Does Tenenbaum truly think his refusal to acknowledge that his actions were "wrong" will help his cause? It's almost as if he's telling the court: "$675,000 isn't enough to deter me. Can I have some more?"
